Draw and Talk
Sometimes it’s hard to put feelings into words. Draw and Talk provides a gentle, creative way for children, teens, and adults to explore their emotions in a safe, supportive space.
What is Draw and Talk?
Draw and Talk is a simple yet powerful approach where drawing becomes a bridge to conversation. During sessions, you (or your child) are invited to draw freely while being gently guided to share thoughts and feelings. The focus isn’t on artistic ability — it’s about expression, understanding, and healing.
How it works
