Draw and Talk

Sometimes it’s hard to put feelings into words. Draw and Talk provides a gentle, creative way for children, teens, and adults to explore their emotions in a safe, supportive space.

What is Draw and Talk?

Draw and Talk is a simple yet powerful approach where drawing becomes a bridge to conversation. During sessions, you (or your child) are invited to draw freely while being gently guided to share thoughts and feelings. The focus isn’t on artistic ability — it’s about expression, understanding, and healing.

How it works

  • One-to-one sessions lasting around 30 minutes for 12 sessions.

  • A relaxed, supportive environment with no pressure or judgement.

  • Space to draw freely, with the option to talk about the drawing.

  • Over time, this process helps process emotions, reduce anxiety, and build resilience.

Who is it for?

Draw and Talk can benefit:

  • Children who struggle to talk about worries or big feelings.

  • Teenagers navigating friendships, school pressures, or change.

  • Adults seeking a calm, creative way to reflect and reset.

Why choose Draw and Talk?

✔ A safe, non-invasive way to explore emotions
