After completing a Diploma in Film and Theatre Set Design at UEA, I worked in television production while studying with the Open University and developing my career as an artist and creative practitioner and educator.

Inspired by travel, culture, nature and escapism, my work explores contemplation, belonging and transformation through a cinematic and theatrical lens. My influences include Arthur Rackham and the Impressionists. Using mixed media, expressive lines, textures and colour, I reveal the often-overlooked beauty of the natural world, creating evocative images that invite serenity, reflection and discovery.

My artwork is at the heart of Creative Flow. As a practising artist, I work expressively with line, colour, texture and mixed media, drawing inspiration from nature, people and the places around me. I bring this same spirit of curiosity and experimentation into every Creative Flow workshop. Participants are encouraged to explore ideas, take creative risks and contribute in their own way, without worrying about artistic ability or producing a perfect result. Through shared art-making and imaginative construction challenges, creativity becomes a practical tool for strengthening communication, confidence, collaboration and wellbeing—helping individuals express themselves while bringing teams and communities together.  Creative confidence translates into confidence in our work and personal lives.
